We like to keep things simple at Monster Print Group LTD, so please find below our concise Terms of Business. We hope you’ll appreciate the sentiment, but we believe in good honest quality print, leaving on time and at a fair price.

We are Monster Print Group LTD.  We will refer to our self as MPG throughout these terms. MPG will stand for Monster Print Group LTD.
All correspondence, invoices and documentation will be headed with our branding: (MPG).
Trading Address: Zan Industrial Park, Sandbach, Cheshire, CW11 4QD.


All print orders leaving MPG are entirely white label, supplied under plain wrap with no reference to their origination.

By placing an order in the above way and making payment you are agreeing to these terms stated below. 

In some instances, an order may be generated offline, with an invoice and payment requested via email.

Payment can be made via direct bank transfer into our account.
Payment can also be made via our website or via an online payment link, with a debit card or credit card.

Bank transfers incur no extra charge. (free)

MPG do not offer credit terms. We are strictly pro forma based, and all orders are processed for payment at the time of order.

Printing will not begin until payment has been received.

Failure to make payment on time will delay the progression of your order with MPG.

To meet your turnaround, payment must be received by 3PM on the day of order.



Your printed materials will be dispatched for delivery on the last production day based on the quoted turnaround times on our website.

We offer a standard, express and life saver production service.

MPG will use all reasonable efforts to deliver work on time, but any delivery day specified is an estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay in production or error in the delivery of the goods.

MPG do not directly deliver locally or nationally.
MPG use a trusted courier network in order to offer a delivery service to its clients.
No liability will be accepted by MPG for late delivery of an order(s) as a result of a 3rd party courier service.

Slight colour variations are inherent within the printing process for file(s) you supply. 

You must accept that computer hardware set-ups and graphics packages are such that we cannot guarantee that the product colours will match those displayed on your monitor, tablet or phone screen. 

Due to the nature of the printing process, we will not guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between the printed results, a proof, a reprint or existing copy supplied by us, or a 3rd party.

Due to Ink tolerances involved in the four-colour printing process, a slight variance in the finished printed colour is inevitable.

Pantone spot colour matches cannot be produced using the four-colour process.
Pantone colours will be converted to CMYK. Please request a proof if you need clarification.


Our proofing process will convert all your fonts to paths / curves / outlines.
Our proofing process will convert any Pantone colour to the nearest CMYK match.
Our proofing process will convert any RGB images or objects to CMYK.
Our proofing process will flatten any transparency it sees as a threat to the finished product.
Our proofing process will downsize the resolution of any image above 450DPI to 450DPI.

The proof file we supply back will be the file we use to print your order(s)
When you sign off the supplied proof you are entering into an agreement that you have checked the file based on all of the above proofing processes our system will apply.
MPG does not offer a spell or grammar check service. 


MPG cannot give a guarantee of the paper quality regarding what was printed in the past or a sample that was sent to you. 
MPG use differently sourced paper mills and merchants and as a result supplier to supplier’s paper may vary regarding smoothness, roughness, colour, grain, & weight.

MPG only use the very best machinery and skilled staff for its production, however there still has be tolerance for cutting, folding and booklet making.

If an order(s) arrives damaged or short on quantity, MPG will investigate with the delivery service supplier (courier) and resolve any damaged or missing items by all means necessary.

MPG will do this in the quickest time possible, however no liability will be accepted by MPG for a damaged or short order as a result of a 3rd party courier service.

Boxes received damaged by courier must be noted on the courier’s delivery note and MPG must be informed within 2hrs of the delivery, to allow us to lodge a complaint with the courier.


Any quote supplied by MPG is valid for 28 days only.
After this time, a revaluation of the order(s) may be necessary.

Only a quote supplied by email to your registered email address will be honoured by MPG.
MPG will not honour any quote or estimate given in any other form than email.

MPG do not offer a price match service.


Once your proof has been approved and your payment has been made, we have a very short window in which to change or cancel an order.
Cancellation will be advised on a job by job basis. If no plates or tile ups have been made then we can cancel the order(s)
Unfortunately, if plates have been made and a slot within our production has be allocated, then the order(s) cannot be cancelled.

If an order can be cancelled:
You can supply new artwork or claim a credit note for a future order.

If an order cannot be cancelled:
There will be no option to supply new artwork and no credit note will be given.
We will not offer a part credit note.
We will not offer a discount in kind.
We will not offer any discount (full or part) towards any future order. 


Once your order has been dispatched MPG accept no responsibility for injury, harm caused or even loss of life as a result of a product supplied to you or your client.

MPG is a reasonable and responsible supplier and takes the quality of its work very seriously.
Should you have a complaint regarding an order(s) MPG have supplied, then please make us aware in writing within 72 hours of receiving your order(s)

To validate your claim, we may require images and samples of the faulty product(s)

If you go on to use the order while we validate your complaint, MPG will only credit note or replace the remaining part of the order(s).

Based on your complaint being valid, we will offer 1 of the following:
A full credit note & the collection in full of the first order(s)
A part credit note & part collection of the first order(s)

MPG will require a maximum of 72 hours to investigate and validate your complaint.
On validation of your complaint, MPG will require further time in order to print, part print or issue you a credit note for your order(s)

We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations due to any cause outside our reasonable control. 

We shall be entitled by notice to terminate the order(s) in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever.


MPG reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time.
